The International Clinical Trial Center Network (ICN) is a multinational network connecting excellence in clinical research and is built on the core values of Global, Excellence, Harmonization and Impacts. Constituted of leading academic and government-based research institutions across 5 continents, ICN strives to promote better clinical research through open knowledge exchange and enhancement of research capabilities worldwide.
Recipient of UK-Malaysia Partnership of the Year Award
AstraZeneca and Clinical Research Malaysia have won the prestigious UK-Malaysia Partnership of the Year Award at the fifth Business Excellence Award (BEA) 2024, hosted by the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC), encompassing clinical trials, governance meetings, and site visits.
This award is a testament to the fruitful MoU with AstraZeneca, which included the strategic move of the clinical research management team to Malaysia, a significant increase in clinical trials in 2023, and the initiation of a First-in-Human (FIH) study, contributing to Gross National Income (GNI).
