Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur (PHKL), established in 1974, has a dedicated Clinical Research Centre (CRC) that plays a crucial role in facilitating and managing clinical trials across various medical specialties. Over the past decade, PHKL has significantly expanded its research initiatives, with the number of active industry-sponsored clinical trials reaching nearly 40 by the end of 2024. The hospital focuses on diverse medical fields, particularly oncology, conducting trials for breast, lung, colorectal, and gynecological cancers, providing patients with access to cutting-edge treatments.
